Q: How does an E-Book Edition different from a regular Book Edition?

A: Our E-Book Edition is much cheaper than a regular Book Edition because it is in electronic format which can be downloaded immediately after purchase and doesn't require any shipment fees.

Q: When will I receive my E-book Package?

A: Your package which includes the e-book, contract forms, sample promotional ads will be in a compressed (ZIP) file. A download link will be emailed to you within 5 minutes after your purchase.
Your Bundled Software Bonus will be mailed via USPS first class mail. Please allow 2 - 3 working days for software package to arrive.

Q: Do you offer a warranty or a guarantee?

A: E-books are non-returnable. However, Staffingnurseagency.com will refund the fees paid to consumers experiencing technical difficulty in installing, or accessing our e-book, provided that the consumer notifies Staffingnurseagency.com of the problem within 5 business days of the original transaction and Staffingnurseagency.com cannot fix it promptly.
